DirecTV Inc Complaint - DIRECTV HD policy for current subscribers stinks
Been a customer of DIRECTV since 2003. Have been charged xtra $10.00/month for High Definition or HD service since inception. DIRECTV now gives completely FREE HD SERVICE....FOR LIFE to new subscribers !! Meanwhile, I and other sucker current customers are stuck paying $10 more FOR LIFE for the same service. FAIR ?....hardly. When you call and complain they offer free HD for 24 Months, NOT LIFE, if you agree to let them bill you via your checking account or credit card. No way, it stinks and I urge others reading this to call in and strongly complain.
