CitiFinancial Auto Complaint - Worst Company Ever!! - Loan
Loan - Complaint
We gotten my husband's truck thru them, Never had someone to help us after him and my self lost our jobs, they didn't work with reducing our payments on the truck, they said make this many payments and we will reduced your payments permanently, we emptied our savings account thinking that they would reduced our payments, after they gotten our money they gave us the run arounds and never approved to reduced payments, some non caring agent name [snip] didn't give a !@#$%^&&&&^^% he send me straight to hell after I explain our financial situation, now the repo guys are living me messages, looking for the truck, my husband is unemployed and they still don't care, the price on the truck after our payments was never reflected on their statements.
I wish I can get a lawyer but I don't have the funds we are barely making it with my income and we where still able to pay 450 and they preferred to repo the truck then to work with us, I'm a Christian Women and have faith
that this non caring company will get what they deserve, even if they never cared about us and taking our only savings I forgive them and Let them be judged by our Supreme God!!!

and madness in us all!!!

It sounds like you couldn't afford this truck to begin with. It's more practical to buy an inexpensive working vehicle that you pay cash for, then work toward getting a better car that you also pay cash for. Car payments are NEVER blessings, and Citi is not evil for asking you to keep your end of the bargain. I once had a renter that accused me of being evil only because I asked her to pay her rent. She was supposedly a "Christian woman" as well that didn't think twice of cussing me out. Remember, the Bible to says to pay money you owe; it also says that the borrower is slave to the lender. Make a family budget and keep it; don't spend money you don't have.

I am very sorry for your situation but it is not a scam for a company to expect you to fulfill a contract to which you agreed. Maybe your church can help you, many churches have funds to help those who are struggling. Bankruptcy may be an option for you.

Citifinacial is a business to loan money, not a charity. When you agreed to take their money, you promised to pay them back according to the terms of the contract.it is not Citifinancials fault that your jobs were lost. The loan still must be paid. Just because you can't pay them back doesn't make them a scam company. You don't state the reason for the job loss wether from Mayotte or job performance. The religious condemnation for this company and it's employees is just plain wrong.

I don't see where the OP is asking for forgiveness of the entire loan. These giant corporations that have been preying on people for years should be willing to give those same people a little bit of a break when the time comes. It works better for everyone, don't you thing?
