Century Link Complaint - Not Recommended For Any Level Of Service
I have a company in a small NC town and this company is the LEC severely limiting my options. In the last 4 months I have had 3 different outages including the latest one which is now in its fifth day. They are not helpful on the phone showing poor customer service which is surprising because that I am a business class customer!
I am 100 yards from the NOC in my town and I per them the only business class customer in my small area so I would expect better and possibly because I am the only one this is a by product?
I am aggressively looking for another ISP as we speak and will probably go with Charter even though I know they have poor reviews because it has got to be better than what I have now!
