Century Link Complaint - Not Recommended For Any Level Of Service
I have a company in a small NC town and this company is the LEC severely limiting my options. In the last 4 months I have had 3 different outages including the latest one which is now in its fifth day. They are not helpful on the phone showing poor customer service which is surprising due to the fact that I am a business class customer!
I am 100 yards from the NOC in my town and I per them the only business class customer in my small area so I would expect better and possibly because I am the only one this is a by product?
I am aggressively looking for another ISP as we speak and will probably go with Charter even though I know they have poor reviews because it has got to be better than what I have now!
