United Parcel Service Complaint - What can Brown do for you?
So it all started when my package was delivered by UPS with a 10x10 hole kicked in the side of the box. Needless to say, the item inside the box was damaged. I put in a claim to UPS and they inspected the package and said the item was not properly packaged. I then decided to return the item (back to the seller) in the same box it came to me. UPS charged me double the amount that I paid in the 1st place to have it sent to me. Once my package was delivered, I received an email stating they audited my package and said it measured larger then it did and charged me an extra $105.00. Apparently the do not know how do read a tape measure. I did call Customer Service and in the end they refunded the additional charge back to me. But all the time and effort spent on this matter was not worth it. I will never ship thru UPS again.
