USAA Complaint - Late Fees
MARYLAND -- I called USAA today and spoke with a representative about making a payment arrangement on my account. My paycheck has been garnished for about 3 months now and I am kinda late on most of my payments. So I speak with the representative and tell her this and that I know Ive been late on my car insurance these past few months and she says yes we can go ahead and do the payment arrangement for you and then I will speak to my supervisor to get the late fee of $15 removed for you since your having a hard time. She then gets back on the phone and says unfortunately I see here that you've been late the past few months I'm unable to have that removed.
I know it's my fault I'm late but really what was the point of her going through all of that to tell me something I already told her?!
