Great Shopping Experience - Compliment

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- I am a frequent shopper at Publix, but I love shopping at the Oakleaf Towncenter the most. The store is always very clean and the staff is very quick to help you at any of the departments. I particularly use the deli and produce section the most, and I order subs to take to work at my weekend job, which many times I am on a 16 hour post. A few nights ago I came into Publix really late, and the deli was closing up. However the young man working (I did not catch his name but he is a young fellow with red hair), was super nice and offered to make me a sub!! I appreciated that a lot, that he was not in a rush to close up. Also, kudos to all of the other members of the deli, Hosee and Anna, and the deli manager, I think his name is Juan or Jose. He is a very nice gentleman that always makes sure that the customers party orders are hot and correct! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff at Publix for being so pleasant! It truly makes a difference to shop where the associates love their job versus where they are complaining about being ready to go home.

I'm a loyal Publix shopper; it was one of the nicer things that I discovered after moving to FL a few years ago. Also, I was very pleased to discover upon helping my son move to ATL (for college) that there is a Publix located just a few blocks away from his school.

Agreed. How can one complain about Publix? They have amazing customer service, subs, prepared food, and clean stores. Now I'm getting hungry...
