Chapman BMW Complaint - Repairs not covered - BMW 325i

Review by ilove2ridebikes on 2010-08-24
CHANDLER, ARIZONA -- I have a 2006 BMW 325i. This car sits in the garage most of the time. I have 21,000 miles on it. Averaging 5-6 thousand a year.

Since I bought it I have been in the shop for repairs at least 8 times.
1) Center Console was peeling
2) Door handle was peeling
3)Door edge (next to window) was peeling.
4) Back window fell down and won't roll up.
5)SOS- can't locate my car (3 days in shop).
6) Other Back Window fell down
7) SOS stopped working again
8) Engine light came on.

Now, the steering wheel is peeling and BMW won't cover it. Really??? I have had a history of various parts peeling. This car has very low mileage and sits in the garage. They tell me that this is normal wear and tear. No way.

If you only have 21,000 miles on it the Arizona lemon law might apply. Check out http://www.carlemon.com/lemon/AZ_law.html or http://www.arizonalemonlaw.org to find out (I was only able to give them a glance, but less than 24,000 miles was one of the clauses).
