Hub Hyundai Katy, TX Complaint - Avoid like the Plague

Service Dept. doesn't have a clue. Car was in shop four separate occasions; each time they gave a different diagnosis for the same problem and each time they needed to "special order a part" and they were unsure when the part would arrive. Gave up and took to another dealership. Don't even bother dealing with service department manager as he is not interested.

Go to Hyundai.com and leave them a note about the dealer. 'Contact Us' is in the fine print at the bottom of their webpage.
