Hub Hyundai Katy, TX Complaint - Avoid like the Plague
Service Dept. doesn't have a clue. Car was in shop four separate occasions; each time they gave a different diagnosis for the same problem and each time they needed to "special order a part" and they were unsure when the part would arrive. Gave up and took to another dealership. Don't even bother dealing with service department manager as he is not interested.
