Smokesign.com Complaint - Terrible company......run!

Ordered smoke detectors from this company about a month ago. After about a week called and e-mailed to get tracking #. No response. All you get is an answering service. After receiving no response, cancelled order. The smoke alarms arrived yesterday along with a charge on my Visa. Tried to call company but got nowhere. Would not dream of buying anything from this company again.

There is definitely something lacking in the customer service, but unless you bought other smoke detectors in the meantime, at least you got what you ordered. It just took longer than it should have, and you had no way of knowing if they would ever arrive. I wouldn't use this company again either.
