INOA HAIRCOLOR-SALON - Complaint
Tonight, based on extensive reviews and articles in Vogue, etc...I tried INOA haircolor at Salon Metro in Florida. The stylist is very experienced, and I have had all over color for 6 years with Redken and Aveda, most recently. This is the most unflattering result I have ever seen, the color is very flat with no dimension or shine. Overall, in 6 years of salon coloring, this is by far the worst result I have had. I will NEVER use this product again and will immediately return to Aveda.

Is this your first time trying the INOA haircolor over the Redken and Aveda? The reason I ask is because when I tried using a different brand of hair color over previous all over color, alot of times the ingredients in the new dye clash big time with the previous brands. I talked to so many stylists and learned alot about hair dyes and some contain metallics that actually coat your hair shaft permanently, which could cause a much different result when coloring again. Hopefully you can at least get a refund on your services but I would try to get some info on the hair dye that was applied.

Hi, live in the UK and switched to INOA to avoid ammonia. But this week my salon told me that L'oreal have taken back all their INOA products because they are bringing out an updated version which is simpler to mix. This just does not ring true - if it was purely a case of easier mixing why go to all the trouble and inconvenience of a recall of the original product? Maybe I am too suspicious but something does not seem right here. Anyone else heard anything about this ?
