Time Warner Cable Complaint - They go from horrendous to even worse
I've been stuck with Time Warner Cable for over 6 years. I live in an apartment and I'm unable to put up a satellite dish or I'd have done so years ago. This is the absolute worst TV provider I've ever had in all of my 64 years. TWC makes me wish we were back in the rabbit ears days.
I've had never ending reception problems. The picture tiles, the audio breaks up and the picture goes out altogether. A day hasn't passed that I haven't had some kind of reception problem.
Calling does no good whatsoever. Recently, the wait times are unbelievable! I wait 30 some minutes to speak to rude, arrogant representatives who always tell me the same thing... reboot my cable box. It does no good. They refuse to admit they have issues on their end or that there are line issues.
They send out repairmen who look at my TV for five seconds, and if it's okay at that minute, they say "looks fine to me" and leave.
Now, they've come out with this new, worthless navigator. Far inferior to the old one with program descriptions that appear to have been written by a 3rd grader. They go from horrendous to unbelievably worse. I can't say one good thing about Time Warner Cable. I'm disgusted to the point that I'm considering moving just to be able to get Direct TV. It's that bad.
A word of warning to anyone thinking about going with Time Warner Cable... DON'T!!! You'll regret it from the first day on.
