Urban Nutrition, Bellaplex Complaint - Customer Service Representative, Rude

JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY -- After receiving my order of Bellaplex and trying it for a few weeks I didn't feel that the product was living up to my expectations. I realized I was within my 30 days of trail, and didn't want to be charge the $100 plus, that would have been billed to me in September. I called the customer service number off the computer as I had misplaced all the paperwork that came with the product. I asked the representative, if she could tell me exactly what to do to ensure this would be an easy transition, she spoke to me in a unprofessional and aggriavated tone after I told her I wanted to send back product, to say she was curt is a understatement. I ask her why she seemed to be hostile with me, she responded with " mame, I am not hostile, and we need to stay with the business of the call" the whole experience was disturbing. I've not noticed any difference in my skin so would like to return the product. Do I also return the empty containers? and please note I don't want any more product sent. Thank you
