Will only allow you to rent 3 movies at a time. Machines are very slow. Online account information is useless. You can reserve movies, however; that is about all that you can do. There are no links for purchase or rental history.
Blockbuster Express custoemr service is terrible. If there is a problem with your card being overcharged, you can pretty much forget getting your money back no matter what the amount is. The customer service supervisor there pretty much told me that they would rather lose all future business rentals from us, then refund the $2.16 we were double charged for a rental.
With a Redbox on every corner, do we really need more examples of Blockbuster's terrible customer service spread throughout our cities?
