Allied Home Warranty Compliment - Exceptional Service

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I called Allied Home Warranty on a Sunday afternoon because my air conditioner wasn't working and actually got a live person on the service line. This person told me that she would have someone out the next day, or I could have the technician come out the same day at an extra charge since it was a weekend. On Monday morning I got a call from Lonestar Repair letting me know that a technician would be out at my home that day between 1 to 4Pm and would call 30 minutes beforehand so that I could come home from work to meet with him. Their speedy service and the the knowledgeable technician that came out (found the problem and fixed my breaker shut off connectin as it was faulty), was exceptional.
Two years ago my warranty company was American Home Shield, I heard about Allied when it came time to renew my contract (incidentally, AHS was going up on my contract rate) so I switched to Allied Home Warranty and I couldn't be more happier.
Kudos to Allied.
