Harlem Furniture The Room Place Complaint - Harlem Furniture Does Not Stand Behind There Products!

ALGONQUIN, ILLINOIS -- I purchased a bed with warranty for 5 years. Now I need new side rails for my bed and they tell me the bed is discontinued. I know that it is still being made, but the manufacturer will only sell parts to dealers(harlem furniture).

I told customer service this and they say all they can do is sell me a new bed, even after I told them where the parts are availiable. I will personally NEVER buy from them again. If you do decide to buy there, don't buy the warranty--its WORTHLESS! I am not the first to have this issue, but I didn't believe what I read until now.

It was all true, I will now spend a little extra at a better store and be taken care of.

It seems a lot of these extended furniture warranties aren't worth the money. Thanks for the review!
