I am a CPA with over 30 years of experience. I have under taken an extensive audit of a small business who utilized the services of this deceptive company. In February 2009 North American Bancard began adding American Express credit card deposits to the amount that they were crediting to the clients bank account. They would during the same month, withdraw electronically an amount that far exceeded what they had credited on behalf of the American Express deposits. This practice went on through the month of August 2009 before the small business realized what was happening. At that time, the small business fired North American Bancard as their Merchant Services provider and tried to obtain reimbursement for the money that had been illegally taken from their bank account. The total amounted to $16,000.
A full and complete analysis has been prepared and sent to North American Bancard. I do not believe they even looked at the analysis, however they responded with a phone call to the business owner from a call center representative that stated no refunds were due and the matter was closed.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES.

We are in receipt of the analysis report for Merchant Account No. 878829015**** that has been forwarded to us and would like to let you know that this matter is still being researched and has not been closed. This has been escalated to management and is being analyzed to come to a resolution.
