Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - HP Photosmart
I purchased a HP printer Photosmart plus. The first time I tried to install it took hours only to come up with "fatal error" after hours (I do mean hours) of HP support they were able to install printer, but they I lost my Internet. after paying 200+ to Gateway, and others all which told me that HP was responsible for the loss of the Internet. HP keep on saying it was Wildblue Internet that was at fault.....so we bought a cheap computer to see if it was the Internet. No it was HP. Finally Gateway was able to get us back on the Internet, but lost the printer. HP sent a new photosmart and same problem. I can't afford to pay another 200.00 to try to install this printer. Asked HP if I can return, no answer. So now I can only use the printer on my small computer since I refuse to install and pay Microsoft for type documents. So my printer was only good to make copies and to download e-mails. Now I can't even do that it will not print in black so now this is useless. called HP they want money because my printer is now out of warranty. I am NOT PAYING ANY MORE MONEY FOR THIS PRINTER HATE HOW HP RESPONDED AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTING LABELED hp.
