Stokes Honda North Complaint - Very Bad Customer Service

NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I was told 3 times that my peeling hup caps on my 2008 Civic were covered under warranty. Then when I took it down to have them put on after my car was finished they said I owe them 96.00 And I ask for what. They said it was for the hub caps now they say they are not covered I said I was told 3 times that they were I told them I was not paying for them and them said said they would take care of it. Then after 4 days they call me at my work and said they need them back or I will have to pay for them. I told them I am not bringing back and not paying for them. What a bad experience. Will never go there for service again. Oh by they way I work for another dealership. We would never do this.

They're just hub caps. Check ebay for a set of factory hub caps or spend $20 on an aftermarket set.

Your missing the point. It doesn't matter if aftermarket hub caps are $0.05 all that matters is that Stokes Honda didn't do what they said they would do. It's about making the customer happy and earning repeat business. Stokes Honda doesn't care.
