Vacaville GMC Buick Complaint - Horrid Customer Care Practices!

VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- Worst Dealership I have ever experienced. I was treated like royalty when I bought my car there (no surprise). But that was it. Started having issues with my radio going out. Turned it in over 7 times in a 3 month period. Still couldn't fix it. They did however manage to put a nice gash in the side of my door.
They did pay for it, however paint job was cheap and you can see where the body work was done. On my last visit, I was called 2 weeks AFTER my car was fixed. Since I was in a rental, they said I had to pay for last 2 weeks. After showing them proof they didn't call me, they said "Sorry, but that issue is now between you and the rental car agency" So after the dealership put me in a rental, it was now my problem to get my money back from a company that had nothing to do with the issue. Talk about pawning your problems onto someone else!!! But this is not the scariest part of it all!! After contacting GM with the issue, they said there's nothing they can do since the dealership is privately owned. I was on my own with this incompetent dealership's mechanics and bad customer care practices. I will continue to elevate and spread this complaint for as long as I have to for them to acknowledge their fault in this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GM!!! (Oh yeah....the radio still doesn't work!)
