Bradford Exchange Complaint - Grandma's Pearls

DITTO -- I ordered grandma's Pearls for my granddaughter's wedding almost two months ago and I haven't heard a word from them as to when they plan on shipping them. I had planned on giving them to my granddaughter for her wedding, but I have to send them to her and her wedding is almost here. I had already sent them my Card number and I still haven't heard from them. I had a letter from them so it should have been noted that I had wanted Grandma's Pearls along with the shipping fee.

Maybe this was a reserved/preorder item and isn't due to ship until some time in the future?
