Quiznos Complaint - Quiznos in Eagle Rock, CA.

Complaint
Review by bear head on 2010-08-27
EAGLE ROCK, CALIFORNIA -- I have seen commercials advertising that Quiznos subs are better than Subway. I had a discount coupon so I went to try the food. They charged me the full price even with the coupon. Then came my real disappointment, the food itself. The bread was hard and stale. The meat was about half the amount that Subway uses. Quiznos falsely advertises that there subs have more meat than Subway. I will never eat at Quiznos again !

I have to agree with you. The food at Quznos is Grossly overpriced for what you get. I remember getting a small sub a reg drink and a 25 cent bag of chips for about 8 dollars the sub was tiny and I was still hungry after I left. subway is a better alternative for sure.

The really bad thing is that if you go back tomorrow, your sandwich may be exactly what you are looking for, and tasty. "Consistency" has become a four-letter word in some of our industries. Maybe when enough customers - or maybe when enough shareholders and owners - complain enough with their wallets, these "consistently inconsistent" outfits will get the message.

As a consumer, I expect and demand that companies at least attempt to make their products look, perform, taste, etc. as they present them to us. Those companies who have so little respect for their customers should be put out of business, even if only one lazy, ungrateful employee at a time.

I've eaten at Quiznos twice and will not go back even with a coupon. Maybe I am assuming too much but, shouldn't you be able to see the meat? All my subs come from Subway.

Most Quiznos owners hate people who use coupons. It's not their fault though, the Quiznos business model basically kills owners with inflated food costs and coupons that make the owners LOSE money on every sandwich. Ever wonder why so many Quiznos close? That is why. I personally like Quiznos, but because of the high failure rate we have none left in my city.
