Bobs Discount Furniture Complaint - Poor Service...... - Repair of brand new furniture
I am very sad to report, that I really am disappointed with Bob's. We bought $ 5000.00 worth of brand new furniture from them. We have had it for 3 months and it looks 10 years old. I have called many times but the fringe on our couch pillow pulling out and straggled. They sent someone out to trim the threads. They stated they do this all the time at the store. ( No threads were pulling when we picked out our furniture) We have had scratches on our bedroom bed rails and nightstand. (Oh they are called distressed marks according to them) No they are damaged product. Staples coming out of the couch, tech says he will just pull them out. Aren't they put in for a reason? Like to hold the fabric onto the wooden couch frame. It is crazy. They are not offering anything to end our misrable experience with them. I will never buy from them again.
