The Home Depot Complaint - Poor Delivery
465 CENTRE STREET, QUINCY, MASSACHUSETTS -- Apparently when you buy an appliance at Home Depot, Home Depot kidnaps it for 4 weeks before actually giving it to you. We had a delivery date scheduled 2 weeks after the purchase price, but when calling The Home Depot delivery hotline the night before, we discovered they changed the shipping date on us. They re-scheduled it, withour our approval, to a busy holiday weekend, in which we are away. Next available date is a week after that. This is horrible customer service. Me and my husband are going to return the item and go to Sears, but we are going to make sure we do it after they have shipped it from Michigan to the local center in Worcester. I figure, give them a taste of their own medicine!
