Dish Network Complaint - Dish Network work together with their technician to scam their customers
SUNNYSIDE, NEW YORK -- May 15 2010, Dish Network dispatched a technician from "The Q Tech" who visit to my house to repair the dish. When technician arrived, been ask to sign a blank invoice and credit card slip, been told that just for "Verification Purpose", he siads that he need those signed forms to show Dish Network the he did the job. Base on my trust with Dish Network, I signed those forms.
One month later, found a charge of $100 to my credit card by Dish Network's technician "The Q Tech".
Under the service plan with Dish Network, there is $15 per technician visit, which I already paid to Dish Network but their technician insisted to charge my credit card $100. Dish Network also refuse to solve this problem with their technician.
Please watch out as Dish Network would work together with their technicians to cheat more people in the future to come.
