GE (Kenmore) Complaint - Extended Warranty Customer Service Refuse to Respond
I purchased a new Kenmore Side-by-Side Refrigerator/Freezer from Home Depot in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2006 as well as an Extended Warranty. In May, 2010 I had spent $446.73 for repairs to the appliance.
On May 17, 2010, I contacted the Extended Warranty Service Plan to recover my repair costs under the extended warranty plan, and was given Incident Number 16376657. I called on June 11, 2010; June 19, 2010; called and faxed information on June 21, 201; called July 9, 2010; August 17, 2010; and August 20, 2010. Each time I called I left a message for someone to return my call. All of my messages have been ignored. Although GE (Kenmore) profited from my purchase of the Exteded Warranty, it has been totally worthless to me.
Based upon my experienc, I highly recommend that no one purchase a GE (Kenmore) appliance or product. The extended warranrty plan is a fraud.
