Purchased in 2004 this system is not what we were told during our onsight demo. bose system that controls our TV will not quickly respond even after purchase of 2nd remote control and calls to customer service (who basically only go through your hookups). volume of external speakers can not be individually controlled for listening to music as stated during demo. customer service is just that, they're not technicians. what a ripoff of my $3500, my bad. definitely would not recommend bose lifestyle to anyone.
