Dish Network Complaint - The worst seen
I didn't think that a company so large could be so horrable at everything, but the Dish Network experience has changed my mindset.
Though I have had this service for a year, it feels more like an agonizing decade.
Bad customer service from their call center, promising things that they do not intend to deliver, supervisors that condone ugly service and even give it to you themselves, and charging customers for a full month when giving them less time is, regrettably, only the beggining.
Such behavior is topped off by a less than consistent signal.
If my landlord would allow Direct TV to place a dish on my roof I would do it 'no questions asked'.
Just keep hanging up on polite customers with legitamit, minor problems Dish Network, and keep your totally inflexable billing cycles.
