Mike Dorian Ford Complaint - Somethings Wrong - 2010 Mustang V6 Premium

Review by I DON'T PLAY GAMES on 2010-08-31
CLINTON TWP, MICHIGAN -- I purchased a used 2010 Mustang with 19 thousand miles on it & after a month something sounds loose under the car. Would not recommend, they sold me trouble.

Did you bother to have an independent mechanic check the car out before buying it? NO. Did you ask for the Carfax? No. You cannot complain about the condition of a car when you fail to do your due diligence. Besides, something sounding loose under the car does not necessarily equate to trouble. I would suggest you have it checked out before you go tossing around accusations that they sold you trouble. And for Pete's sake, please kill your caps, it is rude and hard to read.

Have you had the car checked out to see what the trouble is? It may be something very simple. Did you get any type of warranty with the purchase of the car?

Have you taken it back to the dealership? I would assume a 2010 still has the warranty in place.

Did you bring it back to the dealership? Do you even know what's wrong with the car? All you say is you hear a noise under the car.

They can't control everything that will happen to the car, but you should give them a chance to make things right. And, as jc said, there still should be a warranty in place, so whatever is wrong should be fixed under the warranty.
