Ameriprise Complaint - Never use it, if you have to deal with it, just be careful - They are not professional and do not know how to run business

DE PERE, WISCONSIN -- Get hit by a car ins by Ameriprise, the police ticketed the other driver. It took three weeks to be able to talk to the representative, guess what, they will not inform anything, like the due procedure. They will not contact you unless you show you are reaaly upset, then ignore you again. They will not send you the email even they just promised you. You have to be super patient, still do not know when you will get the car fixed. I am still waiting for that to happen.

Have you thought about repairing your car through your own insurance and then let them go after the other insurance company?
