Pulaski Tickets Complaint - Do not go fall for this company they will not refund your money and it is not a deal.

PULASKI, NEW YORK -- My husband and I went to a seminar which at the time wesigned a 3 day no problem for a refund with in 2 days we cancelled, but our credit card never reflected this. We still are fighting for our refund and have had no one return our calls and the one time I tried to see if this was a legitament sales and travel club. I was able to make my own reservations and at a better rate. We were never told that we would have to phone a person from Monday thru Friday from 9-5 which is when most people work and we were never contacted about our refund as we even went through the credit card bureau to clairify this and I spoke with a RHonda Comins, she was rude and hung up with out helping me and let me know that it was to bad that we were told or we misunderstood the idea of this travel club benefit. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS >>> I am still writing letters, calling and contacting the BBB in reference to this company.

Why not simply provide your credit card issuer with a copy of the cancellation agreement and dispute the charge.
