TracFone Compliment - Pleasant Response - Double Charged
FLORIDA -- Having purchased minutes for my Tracfone, I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice. I called Tracfone and they informed me that I had made 2 purchases....which I had not. They also said that the minutes that had been purchased could not be taken off. Just so that anyone else having customer service difficulties with Tracfone, I wanted to let you know that I sent a fax of my paid receipt to their Corporate Office in Florida; Executive Resolution Dept. Fax 305-715-6737. They called me back and resolved the issue very quickly. Also, the Corporate Office phone number is 800-867-7183. I was very satisfied with the help that Betty provided. I wish all companies would be this eager to please.
