ProFlowers.com Complaint - Huge Let-down!
It's my sad duty to report to you: my experience with proflowers.com was a huge letdown.
I placed 4 consecutive orders via their online website to be delivered on Valintines Day. One of these orders was to be girlfriend (I was going to propose to her!)
The flowers never came. Of the 4 orders I placed, only one was delivered. The rest of the orders, I found out later, were due to a "PROCESSING ERROR: FedEx shipping failed. Pickup date cannot be less than current date or greater than 10 days."
Seeing as how all 4 orders were placed back-to-back, and there was no problems with credit-card processing - as all 4 orders showed up in my online banking as processed - and at least 1 of the orders made it all the way through to delivery (the 3rd order I placed) - And I recieved 4 confirmation emails that everything was ok -- I (and they) were dumbfounded as to why this happened.
The customer service rep I spoke with over the phone was 'nice' but couldnt offer a resonable explaination as to why my other orders did not go through.
So here I am, almost 2 days afterwards. I was able to get refunded for all 4 of my orders.. but to be honest, I would have paid double to *just get the flowers delivered like they were suppose to* !!!
Also, a email (via the online form on their website) did not solicit a response (not even a confirmation email that they recieved it!)
Again.. a huge letdown!
