Only if the salesperson goes to another dealership, would I consider purchasing another auto from Russell..(This is my second purchase)
Do Not know where to start...But going backwards, I left an e-mail with them one and a half weeks ago to e-mail me back....went something like this.." Am writing this because I wanted to schedule an appt. , but was put through voice mail hell previously, but want to make an appt. for spme service..."
I have not heard from them....e-mailed the service mgr a number of weeks ago, and not heard from him until I called and left a message...
I am the owner of a small business and if I treated my clients like I have been treated, I would go somewhere else also....
Too numerous pother complaints, bnut have tried finding the owner(s) and have not been able to locate them...
You would think with the auto economy in the tank, they would welsome you more than they have...
