Priceline.com Complaint - Who knows what hotel you get
I would like to start of by saying that I'm a first time user of price line and it will also be the last time I use price line. As I searched through there list of Hotels in the Savannah area. I proceeded to bid on several of the properties my offers were rejected time and time again. The program continued to prompt me to change either the location or the price I was listing. In the midst of this my bid was accepted, the only problem is it was accepted at a property 20 miles out of town. The problem I have is that the property I wanted to stay at was 5 miles from down town Savannah. Both properties were Hilton Garden Inn's. One would think that price line would give me a choice of the two, instead they choose for you. The hotels were charging the same fees so I don't understand why it picks one over the other. I will never ever use price line for anything again and I will also make it my life's mission to detour anyone from using price line as well. Oh, I did call and try to get it switched for the property I wanted but once your in they don't care about your satisfaction. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?
