Feather River Doors Complaint - EXCEPTIONALLY POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
TACOMA -- We purchased a Feather River Door with Sidelights believing that we were getting a well made beautiful unit. IT WAS A WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY. After waiting 3 weeks for the unit we had it installed. We opened the door to see that it was delaminating and warped. It was a Sunday so we could only report it to Home Depot. A couple of hours after noticing this deformity, the sidelight that was being hit by the sun exploded and the glass shattered. Once again we reported to Home Depot. On Monday Morning I called Feather River first thing. The customer service representative was RUDE, TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED A QUICK SOLUTION I SHOULD CALL HOME DEPOT and ended up HANGING UP ON ME! I called back and left my name and number for a manager to call me back and never heard another thing from them. This was the worst $4000 that we have EVER spent. If you want a quality unit from a company that cares about its consumers DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FEATHER RIVER. I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN!
