West Coast Pet Supply Complaint - Horrid Communicaion - Pet food - online store

CALIFORNIA -- Ordered my product and was emailed and told order had been 'processed' - 7 days later - no word, no tracking number, no cat food. Emailed and requested order be cancelled if it hadn't shipped it yet. They didn't respond to my email, except to send an impersonal email that stated goods had shipped (that day) and UPS tracking number would be available soon. Product arrived on 31st - 11 days later. Will not use this company again based on complete lack of communication and customer service follow through - very disappointing service.
