Fred Meyer Complaint - Pharmacy Service - Worst in Civilized World
BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON -- I have been a loyal customer of Freddies for years and am a total loss to explain the utter ineptitude of the pharmacy employees. No matter when I go to REFILL an existing prescription, it takes at least an hour. For the last year I have faithfully used the on-line renewal service, then visited the store several days later in an attempt to pick up my script. After 4o minutes in line, they can't find the renewal. They say give us 45 minutes and it will be ready. You guessed it, 45 minutes later, and another 20 minute wait behind several other customers, nope, give us a few more minutes, and, wait at the end of the line. IT'S NOT EVEN PILLS YOU HAVE TO COUNTS YOU MORONS!!! Today was the last straw. Filled out the on-line form four days ago, went to the drive through, they can find no record of my script. Not only that, they want me to get out of the way of the drive through so they can wait on other customers. I ask what makes you think you'll have any more luck finding THEIR prescription when you can't find mine???? I'd rather wait. She says no, I insist. Yeah honey, so do I. That's it Freddies. I don't know what the heck all those people are doing back there but it sure seems like random sampling. I can see maybe once or twice you get behind but ALWAYS? You have lost my business.
