Thanks all, HI's are franchised, with corporate owning some of them.
These two young ladies were friendly, great to chat with and seemed to have the customer on their mind.
BTW....great breakfast also and popcorn in the lobby at night.

and this is why people should notify the manager right away if there's an issue with the room.

because instead of waiting until the morning to complain, you said something right away and it was fixed right away.
