Best Buy Complaint - Never Buy A PC From Here If You Plan On Good Service
PEORIA -- I purchased a computer from Best Buy in feb, of this year for my business. It broke down on 8/10/10, took to Best Buy and told them it is how I do all my billing and I needed replacement or exchange. They told me its probably a 3-5 day fix, 22 days later, they still have no answers and I'm writing out statements by hand(looks real professional from a company 31 years in business). Today I will have to go purchase a new pc and it won't be from Best Buy or a HP product.
By the way, if you call HP as I did, you have to know arabic or whatever language they speak there. We could not understand one another. Thanks for letting me vent, have a great day.
