Linders Furniture Complaint - Never Again!
FULLERTON, CA -- I am still waiting for my custom ordered sectional couch! The furniture that FINALLY did get delivered was damaged and has still not been replaced.
Twice I have been told that my couch is on the truck and will be here the next day.....never happened. Still waiting. I will be cancelling this order today if the customer service representative doesn't call me by noon. I have been given one promise after the other with no results. The salesman has since quit due to too many problems like this, he said he will not work for a company that makes empty promises and can't deliver, makes him look bad. My recommendation, go to the private business owner who will keep his promise and who usually has a family to support and appreciates your business.
Linders doesn't care, very slow to action and I will be sharing my story with everyone that I can.
