Alamo Complaint - Lost and Found
Beginning with a phone message I left on 8/25, I have contacted them by phone 3 times and e-mail at least 4. Their web site lists "Lost and Found" and I was connected with Lost and Found phone at SEA/TAC Airport. It has now been 8 days and I have heard a word from Alamo, one way or another. I need to know if they have my phone or not. Their staff who clean the cars would be the first group to have entered the car after I left it at the airport. Why no response whatsoever? I have the car number, license number, contract number, date and time and location of the return. They have my e-mail and phone number, but no response.
