Time Warner Complaint - Time Warner Crap, High Prices, Less Service
LINCOLN, NEBRASKA -- For years I have had Time Warner Cable and Their Roadrunner. For years I have had fuzzy movies, and internet that continued to drop. I spent may hours on the phone to customer service and doing without service while their systems were down in my home. One time internet was out for 3 days and it would take a week to get a service person out. Finally last week a caring service person took the time to find and fix my problem. He told me that Time Warner was Crap to work for and he didn't like working for them. He liked the kind of work, but not for Time Warner.
Time Warner has continually increased my cost for service. In an attempt to reduce the cost to a reasonable price I have given up services and am not at the very basic cable level with only channels 2 through 22 or at least use to be. They have now eliminated channel 8 which is the retro movie channel and not replaced it with an similar broadcast. What I was paying for has now been reduced by one channel that was one of the few still of interest to me. I noticed no price reduction in my bill and TimeWarner has gotten out of paying for channel 8. Again, the Screw the customer. I'm sure this comes of no surprise to anyone that has done business with them.
Raise up togeather and put and end to Time Warners arrigance. How can they possibley justify their pricing and how are they able to keep a competitor from coming into the Lincoln area. It's time to allow competition and then see how bold Time Warner is.
