Home Depot Complaint - Lack of customer service
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA -- Home Depot has the "button"in the isles that indicate to "press button for assistance from an associate" . This is definitely the most appalling system any customer service department can think of, as your customer can not find an associate for assistance hence pressing the button; waiting for over 25 minutes and no assistance, although 2 to 3 associates are standing 2 isles down discussing non work activities.
The customer services manager or responsible person who recommended the said system must really do his/her homework towards customer services.
A large company such as Home Depot must rather have the supervisors perform supervisor duties to ensure customer service is actually performed.
Maybe looking deeper into PROPER and EFFECIENT customer service would suffice.
