Morgan Chase Bank Complaint - Complained - phone information
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I called to get my debit card activated. I was having trouble putting in my account number by phone, so they gave me to an operator. She asked me some question's that I answered correctly. Then she asked about my daughter by her name first and last name. She wanted to know if she lived with me and where in Texas she dose live and I told her that she doesn't live here in Texas. She told me according to my answer's she couldn't activate my debit card. I did get upset with her and wanted to know what has my daughter got to do with my checking account, I did not get a answer. I called Chase bank and they told me that it was security reason's and my daughter came up as open to the public. Which is unacceptable explaination for me. I did get my debit care activated finally. I told her that they owe me an appolagy. She said that she would get it sent to me today, Friday, Sept. 3rd, 10.
