Home Depot Informative - Home Depot Customer Service
FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA -- I work for a HD store in Georgia, and I've read a lot of bad customer service reviews for a lot of stores, and I've got to be honest with you, it's not like that at my store or any in my area. I will admit that there isn't always someone standing in the aisle waiting to help you, but they're trying to work it out so that we have better knowledgeable coverage all the time, in all departments. Our managers very rarely let a customer leave the store without being fully satisfied. As a cashier, I like to talk to all my customers and make sure they have got all they needed to get for their project, and that they had no trouble during their visit. If they haven't had a great visit, I ask if there's anything I can do to help them feel better about the experience. Now, I can't vouch for every employee, I know there are some that don't do all they can for our customers, but we are making a lot of changes, so that those that are not giving excellent customer service soon will be, and those who are already will be even better at making sure you, as customers, feel welcome, satisfied, and get the help that you might need while you're shopping with us.
The best way that you can help us to understand you better is to tell us. Whether it's telling a cashier, a manager, or better yet, going online to the customer service survey on the bottom of all our receipts, and letting us know how we can do better for you. My goal is to make you a proud Home Depot customer, and I know most of us truly do feel the same way. If it's been awhile, Please, come back and try us out.
