Centura College Online Complaint - Financial Aid want me to sign some papers

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, VIRGINIA -- I got a letter from Centura College yesterday September 5, 2010. It say enclosed is your final accounting packet needed, to complete your file at our school. The including federal student loan exit interview portion is provided to inform you of your rights and responsibilities regarding your student loan(s). We would like to encourage you to schedule an appointment with us so we can discuss any questions and/or concerns you may have. Student Account Summary: Tuition 21,600.00 books and Supplies 4,260.56 fees 3776.71 others 1133.66 student payment 159.00 Stafford loans 18,810.00 amount school received Supplement loans 0.00 Pell grant 10,700.00 SEOG 0.00 other 0.00 they say the total due 30,770.93 Total paid 29,669.00 balance due 1101.93. they want me to sign this paper before September 15,2010. Why should I sign this when they didn't send me no documentation why they drop me from school. I continue to called and leave messages but no respond. I not signing this. How can I handle this issue please help me. I wrote to the attorney general already but didn't get no respond back to them yet. Hopefully next week I should heard something back from them.

Do not sign a thing until someone who has thoroughly read, and can understand, the contract explains it to you.
