Sears Complaint - Sears overcharges on parts
CALIFORNIA -- After spending 25 minutes of my Sunday morning talking to computers, and finally to a person, Sears is charging me $34.00 for a tiny piece of plastic + one screw that they call a safety switch: it's attached to the lid of the washer to push a button that regulates cycles. This is literally ROBBERY; just look at their interest rates on their credit cards, etc, etc. Sears takes advantage of consumers when they are trying to save, even in this catastrophic economic environment!. I will not buy from them anymore (or from their affiliates, like Orchard...what else do they own?
