DirecTV Inc Complaint - The Worst Company Ever
While a customer with direcTV I had so many service issues. They expect you to play technician and fix problems over the phone. my DVR receiver kept powering on & off by itself, they charged me a service charge to get it replaced and then wanted me to do the work myself. To have a tech come out they wanted to chrge me an xtra $40.00. I wanted to add an additional receiver in my sons room, they wanted almost $200.00 they I had topay upfront.
This company is horrible, the service, the prices and procedures. To all consumers "STAY AWAY FROM DIRECTV".
