Kroger Complaint - Unit Manager Sucks!
DECATUR, GEORGIA -- It's rather late I know but Iam fuming and besides that I work from home so I'm up rather late, at any rate I went to the store on one day last week and being that they had an excellent 4 day sale I was stoked, however they have made a lot of changes in the store, therefore I needed helped locating an item, normally everyone is so customer friendly with the exception of a few new faces, but wouldn't you know it the manager beyond rude. I asked him for help locating an item and he told me that he was busy and to ask a cashier, I was in the rear of the store at the time. I'd passed him several times prior, he never acknowledeged my presence. I had a friend tell me once before that she asked a Store manager(she is no longer at location) for assistance and she told her that she was doing her shopping and to ask someone else, however I'd never had anything of sorts to happen to me until that evening.
He was rude and arrogant as hell, he treated me as if I was no one and for this reason I am no longer shopping there @ 15 years plus. To add his name isn't on the receipt so it's a good thing that I called the store to inquire, I had to describe him in order to get his name. I left the store and items right there. I was gonna let it go, but every time I have to go to Walmart, Publix or another Kroger store I get even more upset.
The store is less than 5 minutes from my home, but so is the Walmart across the street so goodbye Kroger on Memorial Dr. you have lost a loyal customer because of [snip] and when he's no longer there I may decide to go back because I really did love the convience of shopping at my local neighborhood store.
