XM Satellite Radio Complaint - CUSTOMER NO SERVICE
XM radio called us last month because our subscription was about to expire. We told them that we no longer needed the service because the radio was broken. They said okay. We thought that was the end of it. Until we got a bill in the mail. When I called to tell them it was a mistake they told me that because we did not call them and tell their cancellation dept. that we wanted to cancel they never canceled the service. Then they told me that I had to pay the balance to close the account. Otherwise they would just send me to collections. I spoke to three people and they all said the same thing. I feel like it was fraud because when we told the person on the phone we no longer wanted the service they never told us that we had to call a certain dept. to cancel. Instead they just billed us anyways. What a rip off. I will never use this company again.
